I took my truck in for inspection and electrical issue. I needed two tires to pass inspection but dship did not have tires and had to order. My inspection ran out that day so I said i would go and try to get the new tires put on. They said they could not find anything wrong with my electric system. 2 miles down the road my dash and radio shut off again. I got 4 new tires put on and went back to dealer. They already had the inspection done and just needed to put the new sticker on. I was then told they were too busy to put on new sticker and I would have to schedule a new appointment which wasn't until 3 days later.

The inspection and diagnosis was fine and the videos were nice…my experience once I got to the dealership was the problem. Had to wait an hour for my paperwork was ready before I could Pay. I did Not understand what I was Being charged and the clerk could not explain and she got Laurie from Service. When Laurie arrived she said to me, “so what’s the problem”. Not how can I help You or let me explain the charges. Very rude and unprofessional. Based on my long wait and interaction…I will Find a more professional establishment to spend my $6K repairs.

Dropped truck off Sunday night for Monday appointment. Diagnosed issue was failure of injector 4, was advised truck would not be ready until Tuesday. Was not an issue as I was out of town for work. Picked truck up Tuesday late afternoon. Truck started to overheat that evening. Upon my inspection I found Coolant reservoir cap was left loose, coolant reservoir was empty and coolant was all over the top of the reservoir. Explained issue and showed video of issue, was not offered an apology or any sort of explanation for the issue. Took an hour to resolve again upon leaving was not apologized to for the issue was simply told here's your key let us know if you have any more issues. I take the maintenance of my vehicle very serious. I pay the extra cost of having the GM Certified Dealership do the repair work to my vehicle because I expect the service that is paid for to be completed by an experienced and OEM trained technician. I also expect a level of Professionalism when dealing with the dealership that I would not get from a non OEM Repair shop. Having the vehicle not fixed correctly the first time is disappointing, but even more disappointing is when I did return not being offered even as little as a verbal apology/explanation. Also, the 3-4 times I have had to deal with Cashier the experience is less than desirable. The lady is short with you and appears bothered by checking you out.

When I went in the next day to sign for it and pick it up, to my surprise, Tom had found me an even lower rate without me having to ask! Mark Keene had my Buick app set up and my XM radio and Onstar...he took me out to my car and showed me all the features and how to use them. What an easy, amazing experience. This is why I only work with this team and Bagliers. I'm heard and valued as a customer!

Jamie Hook went above and beyond. I was frustrated because my truck has been in for service 7 times since I bought it in July, 2025. Mr. Hook looked for recalls, when an oil change was due, and when inspection will be do and had that work done so I don't continue to return to the dealership so often. I had a pleasant process from scheduling to completion! I was scheduled for 8 am and I was taken ahead of time and asked to wait in a very clean and comfortable waiting area. Car buying is different than it was when I bought my first car >50 years ago. It started with an online search for the exact vehicle I wanted. Eureka!....I found one....unfortunately it sold the day I found it. Fortunately, this dealer was able to bring in its twin from another state for me to purchase. Each person I spoke with, from beginning to end, was knowledgeable and kind. The offer on my trade-in (without argument) was very fair. Never once did I hear the dreaded "how much do you want your monthly payment to be" question.....which is, and always will be, a pet peeve for me. With Buick dealers now a minority in the dealership world, it was a very happy accident that I came to do business with this one. Two thumbs up!

The only reason I visit this service center is because my vehicle is under warranty otherwise, I would look elsewhere. Recently, my check engine light came on again. Ironically, that same day, I received my July diagnostic email confirming there was an emissions system issue. Long story short, the service center simply reset the light, took the vehicle on test drives, and deemed it resolved. Was there thorough troubleshooting to properly diagnose the issue? I will never truly know. Given my past experiences including a similar situation where my truck had to return to the service center just a week after being declared “good to go” I remain hesitant and concerned about the quality of the diagnostic work. The only positive aspect of this experience was working with Jacob, my salesperson. He went above and beyond to assist me, understanding how important it is for a busy sports mom to have reliable transportation. He helped arrange a ride for me while my truck was scheduled for service, and I truly appreciated his support and attentiveness.

Adam Cheryba was/is awesome. However I am disappointed on how dirty the car was given to me. The person who was driving this car around should NOT be allowed to use cars as demos. They have no respect for the perspective owner of that vehicle. Thinking of buying a brand new car it would’ve been spotless. It wasn’t. And the inspection runs out in 3 months. It’s just a lot and very stressful that I still have to find someone who can clean the spots I can’t reach myself when this car should’ve been spotless. Adam however, he made the purchase fun (even though it’s a very long and stressful day waiting). However he showed me everything about the car and the dealership since it changed since I last purchased a car there a while back.

When truck month came around, I would ask the dealerships about their "truck month" offers and they usually told me "it's always truck month here" followed by no real discounts. I brought my 2023 GMC terrain in due to complications with my transmission. Jamie made sure I was taken care of and I was provided a rental. When I got my car back, I had it less than 24 hours before it quit running. The lights were on but the engine would not turn over. I had it towed back and was told it was likely that my battery needed charged or I needed a whole new battery all together. The battery was charged and I got my vehicle back. Hours after I got it back, my check engine light came on and it would take a good 5 seconds for the engine to start. The next day my car was dead. Lights on, engine wouldn't turn over. The battery was then replaced and my car still would not run. I had it towed back a third time on Sunday 12/14/25. I called in Monday morning to speak with Jamie as he had worked on my transmission. I spoke with Jamie and attempted to provide insight as to what was going on. I felt my concerns were dismissed and was told a female staff would be working on the issue. Tuesday 12/16/25 I received a call from Jamie who stated my keys were just put on his desk and asked what was going on. He apologized profusely for the mishap. I did appreciate the accountability on his part. Although, I feel that if he would have listened to my concerns on Monday, we could have avoided the mishap all together. Jamie did assure me he would work on my vehicle first thing in the morning on Wednesday. By 3pm Wednesday I had my vehicle back and it was fixed properly. Come to find out it was the ground wire. I did request a reimbursement for the battery charge which was also granted. While I am very appreciative of the accountability and making things right with the customer, I also feel a third trip to Baglier could have been avoided. Overall I did appreciate Jamie's customer service and honesty.
