I had a pleasant process from scheduling to completion! I was scheduled for 8 am and I was taken ahead of time and asked to wait in a very clean and comfortable waiting area. There was fresh coffee and fresh donuts to pacify my tummy grumbles! My car had its oil changed, fluids checked and tires rotated! All in under an hour! I felt so well taken care of that morning! I’ll be back for my service checks so I will always feel safe on the road with my grandchildren in tow!

Jamie Hook went above and beyond. I was frustrated because my truck has been in for service 7 times since I bought it in July, 2025. Mr. Hook looked for recalls, when an oil change was due, and when inspection will be do and had that work done so I don't continue to return to the dealership so often. I think the truck is incredibly glitch but I appreciate the service...namely Mr. Jamie Hook.

Car buying is different than it was when I bought my first car >50 years ago. It started with an online search for the exact vehicle I wanted. Eureka!....I found one....unfortunately it sold the day I found it. Fortunately, this dealer was able to bring in its twin from another state for me to purchase. Each person I spoke with, from beginning to end, was knowledgeable and kind. The offer on my trade-in (without argument) was very fair. Never once did I hear the dreaded "how much do you want your monthly payment to be" question.....which is, and always will be, a pet peeve for me. With Buick dealers now a minority in the dealership world, it was a very happy accident that I came to do business with this one. Two thumbs up!

Oil change, tire rotation, 21 point check and issue with Google assistant all taken care of. It took 2 hours 15 minutes. I was not pleased with the time it took because I had no updates on progress. I finally asked at the 2 hour mark as to what was the update. All was done satisfactorily, but an update would have been appreciated.

The show room was very clean , the refreshments were very good. The service that needed to be done on my truck was going to take all day. Lori is always so friendly and went above and beyond to print out my insurance document for me. Scheduling was simple. I needed an oil change and inspection and waited while the work was done. Accommodations for those waiting were clean and met my needs. The work was done sooner than I expected and at a cost that was much more reasonable than I experienced at fast drive thru oil change facility in the past. I’ll continue to use Baglier!!

The only reason I visit this service center is because my vehicle is under warranty otherwise, I would look elsewhere. Recently, my check engine light came on again. Ironically, that same day, I received my July diagnostic email confirming there was an emissions system issue. Long story short, the service center simply reset the light, took the vehicle on test drives, and deemed it resolved. Was there thorough troubleshooting to properly diagnose the issue? I will never truly know. Given my past experiences including a similar situation where my truck had to return to the service center just a week after being declared “good to go” I remain hesitant and concerned about the quality of the diagnostic work. The only positive aspect of this experience was working with Jacob, my salesperson. He went above and beyond to assist me, understanding how important it is for a busy sports mom to have reliable transportation. He helped arrange a ride for me while my truck was scheduled for service, and I truly appreciated his support and attentiveness.

It was our 1st time for service. The whole process was impersonal. "go through this door and wait...OOOh K.. the room was Stuffy and Dark/Dingy. ( Compared to other automotive waiting rooms).Thank goodness for the restroom signs --Half way around the building.. We did find a box of donuts to help pass the time. Over all it was very impersonal. They did not have to do much but being pleasant about it would have helped. When it was done it was OK where is my vehicle?? not good communications

I was told the trucks like I have were set with too much camber at the factory. My tires won’t pass inspection with 25000 miles on them for uneven wear. I also was told there is nothing they can do for me, that it is all on me. This will probably end my relationship with GMC, definitely Baglier.

From the time we pulled into the lot we were greeted by our salesperson Mark. He was more interested in making sure that we made the right purchase decision then pushing us towards a decision that just made a sale. The atmosphere inside the dealership was more like family then a bunch of stuffy salespeople. They laughed and joked together making you the customer feel more like family. I spent 4 months searching for a new truck. I went to multiple dealerships and tested a lot of trucks and then SUVs. When truck month came around, I would ask the dealerships about their "truck month" offers and they usually told me "it's always truck month here" followed by no real discounts. I saw a GM truck month commercial and thought they might be out of my price range but decided to go to Baglier Buick GMC and check anyway. I met Jacob Keene there. Not only did they have actual truck month discounts, he was very easy to work with. I actually got a truck that would be in a higher trim class based off the deal he was able to work. They made the purchasing process very easy.

Adam Cheryba was/is awesome. However I am disappointed on how dirty the car was given to me. The person who was driving this car around should NOT be allowed to use cars as demos. They have no respect for the perspective owner of that vehicle. Thinking of buying a brand new car it would’ve been spotless. It wasn’t. And the inspection runs out in 3 months. It’s just a lot and very stressful that I still have to find someone who can clean the spots I can’t reach myself when this car should’ve been spotless. Adam however, he made the purchase fun (even though it’s a very long and stressful day waiting). However he showed me everything about the car and the dealership since it changed since I last purchased a car there a while back.

Must have stopped washing your car after service. To bad because it's the little things that keep me coming back. I liked when you got your car inspected and they told you about condition of tires and brakes. Now they just give you the bill and let you figure it out.

I brought my 2023 GMC terrain in due to complications with my transmission. Jamie made sure I was taken care of and I was provided a rental. When I got my car back, I had it less than 24 hours before it quit running. The lights were on but the engine would not turn over. I had it towed back and was told it was likely that my battery needed charged or I needed a whole new battery all together. The battery was charged and I got my vehicle back. Hours after I got it back, my check engine light came on and it would take a good 5 seconds for the engine to start. The next day my car was dead. Lights on, engine wouldn't turn over. The battery was then replaced and my car still would not run. I had it towed back a third time on Sunday 12/14/25. I called in Monday morning to speak with Jamie as he had worked on my transmission. I spoke with Jamie and attempted to provide insight as to what was going on. I felt my concerns were dismissed and was told a female staff would be working on the issue. Tuesday 12/16/25 I received a call from Jamie who stated my keys were just put on his desk and asked what was going on. He apologized profusely for the mishap. I did appreciate the accountability on his part. Although, I feel that if he would have listened to my concerns on Monday, we could have avoided the mishap all together. Jamie did assure me he would work on my vehicle first thing in the morning on Wednesday. By 3pm Wednesday I had my vehicle back and it was fixed properly. Come to find out it was the ground wire. I did request a reimbursement for the battery charge which was also granted. While I am very appreciative of the accountability and making things right with the customer, I also feel a third trip to Baglier could have been avoided. Overall I did appreciate Jamie's customer service and honesty.

Horrible service management. I asked for the speakers in my tailgate to be fixed. I ended up paying the diagnostic fee and was given my truck back. The website to book appointment did not convey to service that I also wanted transfer case fluid changed. Girl at service desk got snippy with me but the other guy addressed the problem. Fix the disconnect between your appointment website and service desk. A free carwash would be nice too.

I drove my truck in, I new the transmission was going bad. I just needed a solenoid/and or sensor according to my Fix'd code reader, the tech decided to take it up a step hill. I was quoted $1400 to fix the problem by another shop. Your people blew out the transmission totally and then wanted me to pay them $7100 when I got a quote from a reputable transmission shop for $5000
